$6,000 Interactive theater program to engage people recently been diagnosed with a progressive brain illness such as Alzheimer’s disease. Using their own words and scripting, participants share their stories and experiences with audiences made up of family members, peers, friends, care partners, and professionals.

$3,000 Annual third-grade trip to a nearby retirement community for a day of thoughtfully guided interaction teaching the importance of aging and elders; grant provides transportation, speakers, and lunch for participating students and residents.
